We specialize in mixed-use, commercial, medical, educational and retail facilities in the private and public sector. Carpenter-

  •         4+ years of carpentry experience required
  •         Ability to read and understand construction documents and plans
  •         Leadership experience a plus- May be asked to train and/or mentor carpenter helpers and laborers
  •         Safety must be a priority in all situations. Safely work at elevated heights using lifts, scaffolds and ladders
  •         Owns basic tools to preform job and knows how to use other industry standard tools and equipment 
  •         Must be reliable & motivated

  •    Ability to develop and maintain a good relationship with craftsmen and subcontractors

 Additional Desirable Skills

  •    Experience working in the trades
  •    5+ years construction superintendent experience
  •    Construction superintendent training
  •    Construction Management Degree

LABORER-

Responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites for the new construction, remodel, retrofit, and maintenance of facilities and structures in the commercial industry. Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. Unloads and loads materials, reads plans and specifications, tends machines, and assists carpenters, operating engineers, and other construction site workers. Must be able to perform heavy physical labor; follow oral and written instructions, be willing to learn on the job, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

  • Construction: 1 year

Required license or certification:

  • WA Drivers License
