Details: Remodel existing strip mall including removing old canopies, signs and sidewalks and replacing with new concrete, galvanized steel and polycarbonate canopies. The new sidewalks have handicap ramps and colored concrete paver accents at the entries. The parking lot has added sidewalks, landscaping and lighting to improve vehicle and pedestrian movement.
