Details: The project consists of constructing the building core & shell for a new two story steel framed office building of approximately 36,000 sqft and related site work. The new building is located directly adjacent to and existing 32,000 sqft medical office building. The project includes work related to connecting the two buildings as well as architectural modifications to modify the existing rooftop mechanical screens and building entry modifications. This existing building will be occupied during construction.
