Details: Remodel of Suquamish Wellness Center and Human Services building, which was origianlly constructed by TRC.  We are adding two new offices and a workstation for Human Services, and four new offices and a remodel of the client intake area for the Wellness Center.      

Project: Suquamish Veterans Memorial

Details: The memorial to Suquamish tribe veterans will consist of interpretative panels supported by carved posts, a canoe-shaped granite wall of names, a curved seating area and a circular plaza with lighted flag poles.

Details: The new corporate headquarters and vehicle maintenance facility will be a  major renovation of the 19,000 ft. former Bremerton Dodge building for Skookum, a private non-profit corporation that provides career opportunities for disabled individuals. TRC will assist Skookum with pre-construction planning and review of the owner’s goals, preliminary scheduling, cost estimating, design review, cost evaluation and general construction.

Details: Major renovation of a dilapidated 30,000 sq. ft. 1948 building to house RFM's new office.  The project is targeting the highest level of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.  Dan Ryan and Adam Vega were recently certified as LEED Accredited Professionals; this will be TRC's first LEED project.
