Poulsbo, WA (October 2012) Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. (TRC) is pleased to announce the contract award by Seatech Publications for the renovation project located at 19910 Viking Avenue NW, in Poulsbo. The 6,100 square foot renovation will be complete in late December. Richard Prine of Poulsbo is the project architect.
