Poulsbo, WA (June 2012) Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. of Poulsbo has completedthe Gravitec Systems Inc. headquarters. The project involved remodeling an existing 42,000 square foot building and adding a second floor mezzanine that provides an additional 8600 square feet of administrative and engineering office space on a new second floor.
The former sports complex was transformed into Gravitec’s headquarters in 3 months from the time the permit was released to Gravitec occupying the building. Tim Ryan Construction met the aggressive schedule, hired local subcontractors and accommodated Gravitec’s design upgrades efficiently.
“It was very important for us to find a local contractor with the required attention to detail and construction capabilities that would allow us to promote business in our immediate community”, said Gravitec President Randall Wingfield. “We appreciate the tremendous support we have had from people in the area and are very excited to be here in Poulsbo!”
Tim Ryan Construction’s current projects include the Suquamish Museum, Dr. Jason Cheung’s new office tenant improvements, Re/Max Victory office tenant improvements, Bridgeview Building renovation work and a showroom addition for Keller Supply.
