Poulsbo, WA  Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. (TRC) is pleased to announce the completion of the renovation of the Jensen Building owned by Robert Stoker and Molly Mansker located at 19910 Viking Avenue NW, in Poulsbo.  The 6100 SQFT renovation included extensive repairs to the exterior of the building as well as creating five individual lease spaces with new finishes throughout.  Richard Prine of Poulsbo was the project architect.

Bainbridge Island, WA (November 2012) Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. (TRC) is pleased to announce the contract award by Harrison Medical Center for the Bainbridge Island Medical Office Building. The new Harrison location will feature the only 24/7 Urgent Care on the island, as well as a Primary Care and Specialty Care. 

The project will be using Integrated Project Delivery, BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Lean systems for the design and construction of the project. The implementation of these systems will increase collaboration between Harrison, Coates Design and TRC, from the start of the design process through project closeout. Adoption of these design and construction methods will facilitate delivery of a project to Harrison that will meet the goals for budget and schedule, as well as customer & staff satisfaction, facility maintenance and operational efficiency.
