|Tim Ryan started the company in 1957, in Kirkland Washington. The major focus of construction projects at that time was residential construction and remodeling throughout the greater King County area.

Tim Ryan Construction began as a family owned business and has retained that family profile today. With the addition of Tim's sons, Dan and Kevin Ryan to the management team, the company has moved into the second generation of family management and ownership. Tim Ryan Construction was incorporated in 1993 and the family management team provides over 114 years of construction experience.
