(POULSBO, WA) October 30, 2003 -- A warrant was issued for Kevin Ryan of Tim Ryan Construction on 10/30/03. As one of the area's “most wanted”, he was “Locked-Up” to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. We are happy to report he made bail and is back in the office.
