(POULSBO, WA) January 14, 2009 -- Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. of Poulsbo completed the 36,000 square foot expansion for Tim Ryan Properties, LLC. The project consisted of constructing the building core & shell for a new two story steel framed office building and related site work. The new building is located directly adjacent to and existing 32,000 sq ft medical office building. The project included work related to connecting the two buildings as well as architectural modifications to modify the existing rooftop mechanical screens and building entry modifications. This existing building remained occupied during construction. The project steel erection stared in May 2008 and the project completed 1/9/2009.
