Belfair, WA (July 2011) – Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. of Poulsbo was awarded the contract by Colleron, Inc. for the building renovation for the H&R Block new office to be located at 51 NE State Route 300, Belfair.  The project will provide a renovation of 1,100 square feet of tenant improvements for this existing vacant space.
