Tacoma, WA (August, 2010) – Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. (TRC) is pleased to announce the completion of the H&R Block renovation located at 2411 6th Avenue, Tacoma. The project added 3,800 square feet of tenant improvement work including energy-efficient upgrades of insulation, mechanical and lighting systems. The project also provided 1,200 square feet of retail lease space.
Richard Prine Architecture of Poulsbo provided the design work for the project.
