 Bremerton Bar & Grill awarded to Tim Ryan Construction!

Bremerton, WA (December, 2010)  Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. (TRC) is pleased to announce the award of a contract to renovate the 190 Pacific Avenue building.  The renovation of 6,905 square feet includes selective building and site demolition, core & shell improvements andtenant finish work. The project is scheduled to be complete in April, 2011. 

This former bank building will be repurposed into the new home of Bremerton Bar and Grill.  This American-Style, family-friendly restaurant is recognized for award winning menus, fun happy hours, and fast and friendly service.  The Bremerton Bar and Grill will be another great step in the continuing revitalization efforts surround downtown Bremerton as well as a destination for residents, visitors and tourists. 

The Neighborhood Grills family of restaurants includes Greenlake Bar and Grill, Eastlake Bar and Grill, Lake Forest Bar and Grill, and the Crossroads Bar and Grill. 

The architect for the project is Michael Whalen, AIA, P.L.L.C. of Seattle.
