Tim Ryan Construction completes Skookum Corporate Headquarters Renovation
Bremerton, WA (November, 2010) – Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of the new corporate headquarters and vehicle maintenance facility. The project renovated the 19,000 square foot former Bremerton Dodge building. Skookum is a private non-profit corporation that provides career opportunities for disabled individuals. TRC assisted with the pre-construction planning and worked closely to meet the owners goals of providing a high quality facility.
Rice Fergus Miller Architecture was the project architect.

TRC is a Poulsbo-based commercial general contractor that specializes in medical and professional office buildings, retail and tenant improvements.
