(POULSBO, WA) July 31, 2006 -- Development proposal for potential new mixed-use office/retail building at the southwest corner of 6th Street and Pacific Avenue in downtown Bremerton. The development, located across the street from the Norm Dicks Government Center and adjacent the Admiral Theatre, would combine 26,000 sf of office space on three levels over one retail floor and two underground parking floors. The project would feature a European-inspired "urban walking street" off Pacific Avenue where Tim Ryan hopes to attract a collection of small retailers and an upscale pub or restaurant.
