The major focus of construction projects at that time was residential construction and remodeling throughout the greater King County area. In 1972, Tim Ryan moved his family and business to Kingston, Washington. He changed the focus of construction projects from residential to commercial building, remodeling and development. Developing, building and leasing the Poulsbo Village Shopping Center on Highway 305 was a major project which added momentum to the company's reputation in the commercial construction arena. Tim Ryan Construction began as a family owned business and has retained that family profile today. With the addition of Tim's sons, Dan and Kevin Ryan to the management team, the company has moved into the second generation of family management and ownership. Tim Ryan Construction was incorporated in 1993 and the family management team provides over 87 years of construction experience.
